One adult and two children were injured in a Wednesday afternoon crash on Minnesota 23 in Lyon County.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2020 Ford Escape operated by Holli Joy Olson, 47, of Cottonwood was southbound on Minnesota 23 and a 2014 Dodge Ram operated by Terrance Rodney Alm, 35, also of Cottonwood, was northbound when the vehicles collided. The crash was reported at 4:03 p.m. Wednesday.
Olson was transported to Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. A 13-year-old juvenile female and 11-year-old juvenile female that were passengers in the Escape were also transported with non-life-threatening injuries. Alm was unhurt.
The Lyon County Sheriff's Office and the Cottonwood Fire Department and Ambulance assisted at the scene.
