Rural Routes with Trent Loos

M-F Noon-1:00 pm

Trent is a sixth generation United States farmer with a passion for agriculture that started years ago – he had his first pig when he was just 5 years old on the family farm near Quincy, IL. He established his strong rural foundation in farming side-by-side with his father and grandfather. In 2008, Trent was recognized as the “Voice of Rural America” by the West Quest organization for his ground-breaking work in advocating for agriculture and speaking on behalf of the folks who would rather stay home and tend to their crops and livestock than take on those attacking their life-sustaining industry.

AgriTalk with Chip Flory

M-F 1:00 pm-2:00 pm

AgriTalk is a live, one-hour syndicated talk radio program for rural America, providing information that connects producers with consumers. Launched in 1994, AgriTalk currently airs on 70 affiliate stations in the Midwest. AgriTalk host Mike Adams was raised in a small farming community in central Illinois and grew up working on a grain and livestock farm. He served west-central Illinois on WLDS radio in Jacksonville, for 27 years. Mike took over as host of the nationally syndicated talk show, AgriTalk, in July of 2001. He facilitates a discussion about issues and ideas important to rural America, traveling over 100 days a year for remote broadcasts across the country.

Market Rally with Chip Flory

M-F 2:00 pm-3:00 pm

Chip Flory, a well-known voice, plays a host of Farm Journal Media’s 1-hour daily radio talk show, Market Rally. Market Rally’s goal is to be the go-to radio program for farmers and ranchers that are looking to dig deeper into the markets each afternoon.

Bumper to Bumber with Dan Barreiro

M-F 3:00 pm-6:30 pm

Sure, there are lots of sports shows around the radio these days, but this is the one that started it all! SportsTalk has launched careers...created characters that led to new careers...and has even been used as the model for entire radio formats. Oh, they've tried to imitate SportsTalk™ over the years, but none have been able to duplicate the spontaneous hilarity, off-beat observations, and the antics that Joe Soucheray and Fulda native Patrick Reusse bring to the show.
