Soccer tourney set for later this month in Worthington

The JBS Field House will host a soccer tournament for boys and girls high school teams later this month.

There will be a four-game guarantee in the tourney, and each game will be 40 minutes in length. There will be match pool play on day one and seed tournament play on day two. The games will be played six-on-six, with roster sizes of 10 per team. The field will be 30 yards by 50 yards.

Cost of registration is $250 per team. There will be eight girls teams and eight boys teams; all members must be enrolled students. The girls tournament will take place Dec. 27 and 28, while the boys event will be Dec. 29 and 30.
