Anton Cordes, a forward for Minnesota West Community and Technical College, has been selected as the Minnesota College Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Year; and Jordan Balster, head coach of the Bluejays, has been named the MCAC Men's Soccer Coach of the Year.
Cordes led the MCAC in goals during the 2023 season, tallying 13 goals in 10 games, with four of them being game-winners. He also had two assists on the season and was instrumental in the Blue Jays winning the MCAC Men's Soccer Championship. Balster led his team to the conference title and went 8-4-2 overall and 5-1-2 in the MCAC.
Additionally, Cordes was selected as a member of the All Region 13 team.
