The Worthington High School boys cross country team is ranked fourth in Class AA in this week’s Minnesota Cross Country Coaches poll.
St. Paul Highland Park is the No. 1 AA boys team, followed by Big Lake, Monticello, Worthington, Dassel-Cokato, Mankato East, St. Thomas Academy, Delano, Marshall, Annandale, Willmar and Rock Ridge among the first 12.
The Trojans are the highest-ranked Section 2AA team.

Four Iowa high school football teams are among those highly ranked in the latest state polls.
Boyden/Hull-Rock Valley, currently 7-0 on the season, is ranked at No. 2 in the state Class 3A poll. In Class 2A, Spirit Lake – 5-2 this season – is ranked sixth, West Lyon (5-2) is tied for seventh and Central Lyon/George-Little Rock (4-3) is 10th.
