United Way of Nobles County hits campaign goal

The United Way of Nobles County announces that it has met its 2023-2024 campaign goal of $200,000 and that grant applications for 2025 funding are now being accepted.
Applications can be requested by calling 507-372-2919, emailing wcofc@forwardworthington.com or stopping by the FORWARD Worthington office at 700 Second Ave., Worthington. Applications can also be downloaded by going to www.forwardworthington.com. Find the United Way link under the Community tab. Applications are due April 30 for grant funding in 2025.
The mission of the United Way of Nobles County is improving lives in Nobles County. It funds non-profit agencies that help people within the county's communities through programs and services with a focus on education, health and financial stability. In 2024, United Way of Nobles County provided grant funding to 21 nonprofit agencies in Nobles County.
“Nobles County is fortunate to have such supportive generous residents and businesses that donate funding to help many worthwhile organizations and agencies in our area," United Way of Nobles County Board Chairperson Anne Foley said in a press release. "These funds help provide necessary funding for programming, assistance, food support, healthy living and helping others succeed. Your donations remain local to help impact lives of many. We thank you for your continued support and efforts."
Donations for the 2024/2025 are being accepted. Checks may be payable to United Way of Nobles County and sent to the FORWARD Worthington office. Secure, online donations can be made to: https://unitedwayofnoblescounty.kindful.com/.
