One injured in Monday afternoon I-90 crash

An Illinois woman was injured Monday afternoon in a crash on Interstate 90 in Rock County.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2023 Nissan Rogue operated by Navni Ratnakar, 25, of Naperville, Ill., was eastbound on I-90, as was a 2019 Kia Forte operated by Kylan A. Childress, 24, of Spokane, Wash., when they collided at milepost 20 in Magnolia Township. The collision took place at 12:23 p.m. Monday.

Ratnakar was transported to Sanford Luverne Medical Center with a non-life-threatening injury. No other injuries were reported. The Rock County Sheriff’s Office, Luverne Fire Department and Rock County Ambulance assisted at the scene.
