The Nobles County Historical Society will be having their annual meeting at 6:30 p.m. April 12th at the Nobles County Heritage Center. There will be a featured presentation and more for all the members of the society.
A book talk by Carolyn Mankell Sowinski will be featured during which she will talk about her book called “The Great Storm: Minnesota's Victims in the Blizzard of January 7, 1873.” The book includes stories from Nobles County and will also be available for purchase. Following the featured presentation will be a short business meeting for the historical society.
Members are encouraged to attend, as well as people interested in a membership.
