Worthington signs warn of algae bloom

The city of Worthington has posted signs Tuesday at all of the boat landings, as well as Centennial and Sailboard beaches, that will remain until further notice.

The signs state: CAUTION: LAKE OKABENA VISITORS & RESIDENTS. Harmful Algae Blooms May Be Present. Algae Bloom Toxins Can Be HARMFUL TO PEOPLE AND PETS.
