The Worthington Trojans boys hockey team was shut out for the third consecutive game Tuesday night as it was defeated by visiting Redwood Valley 7-0.

The Trojans and Cardinals battled to a scoreless draw through nearly all of the first period before Sam Klabunde scored with 49.3 seconds remaining for a 1-0 edge. It remained 1-0 until 51.2 seconds were left in the second period, when Redwood Valley's Blaine Jacobson scored on an assist from Peter Fox to make it 2-0.
