Minnesota West to host Peace Officer Day

Minnesota West Community & Technical College’s Worthington campus will host a Peace Officer Day from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 2.

The event is designed to allow potential students to visit the Worthington campus and be part of typical day’s classes that Peace Officer students attend while in the program. Students will also be able to register.

Attendees will meet in the commons area for a tour, followed by a visit to the Health and Wellness Center to learn about defensive tactics and OC training. Lunch will be served, followed by an overview of the Peace Officer Program and financial aid. The day wraps up with meeting the Peace Officer faculty.
