Caleb Meyer, a freshman who’s currently competing on the Worthington Trojans boys track and field team, is this week’s Radio Works Athlete of the Week. Meyer set a WHS school record Thursday by jumping 6 feet, 5 inches to win the high jump during Thursday’s Big South Conference Large School Meet in Fairmont.
The Radio Works Athlete of the Week is being brought to you by JBS Foods in Worthington. At the heart of every culture around the world is delicious food that brings us together. Each recipient will be recognized with a Radio Works Athlete of the Week T-shirt as well as recognition on our social media pages. Athletes will be recognized from schools that include Worthington, Jackson County Central, Heron Lake-Okabena, Fulda, Sibley-Ocheyedan, Adrian-Ellsworth and Minnesota West.
