Bluejays' men's soccer team to play 2026 home finale on Wednesday
The Minnesota West men's soccer team will play its first home match in three weeks Wednesday night when the Bluejays take on Riverland.
Minnesota West has a record of 0-4 on the season. The team last played on Sept. 23, when they lost at Alexandria Technical & Community College 5-0. The Bluejays will be facing Riverland for the second time this year; they lost 8-0 to them on Sept. 13.
According to the team's website, Wednesday's match against Riverland is the final one at home for Minnesota West this season. It's scheduled to start at 5 p.m. at Trojan Field.

The Worthington Trojans' boys soccer team, meanwhile, carries an eight-game winning streak into Tuesday night's home match with Wings United, which begins at 7 p.m.
With three wins last week — including two in a row by shutout — the Trojans have now climbed from No. 10 to No. 7 in the Quality Results Formula for Minnesota Class AA boys soccer.
WHS knocked off a tough New Ulm squad on the road, 3-1, on Tuesday, then blanked Marshall 5-0 at Trojan Field on Thursday and won again at home against Willmar, 5-0 on Saturday.
The Trojans are now 9-1-1 overall on the season. Against Willmar on Saturday, Kain Thepmontry scored twice in the first half, and Erick Lopez, Samuel Togba and Christian Munoz all added goals in the second 40 minutes.
