The Windom Area Health Foundation is again offering several $1,000 continuing education scholarships to local students who are interested in pursuing a career in a health care field.
Scholarships are awarded based on leadership, character, integrity, community service and a commitment to following a course of study relevant to healthcare. Students must have a GPA of 3.0, or be officially accepted into a health care program in order to be eligible for the scholarships.
The WAH Foundation is again partnering with Sanford Health Network for an additional scholarship opportunity. Selected recipients of the Windom Area Health Foundation scholarship will have their applications forwarded on to Sanford Health for consideration of an additional $1,000 scholarship.
