District 21 Sen. Bill Weber, R-Luverne, was recently named a Family Farm Champion by Minnesota Farmers Union (MFU) President Gary Wertish. The MFU presented Weber with this award during Farmfest for his work on the Senate Taxes Committee and his strong support for Minnesota farm families.
“Thank you to MFU for recognizing for my work at the Capitol on behalf of our Minnesota farmers,” Weber said. “Our family farms are the foundation of our state’s thriving agricultural economy, and I will continue to serve as a strong advocate on their behalf.”
