The University of Okoboji Corvette Club announces that Sampson Corvettes of Sanborn, Iowa has supported the upcoming Vettes in the Park car show with a sponsorship contribution. This sponsorship waives the entry fee for all Corvette owners who want to enter their car in the show.
A sponsorship check was recently presented by Craig Sampson of Sampson Corvettes to Larry Dixon, president of University of Okoboji Corvette Club, and Bob Faulkner, event coordinator, in support of the annual event, which will take place Saturday at Arnolds Park Amusement Park. The event brings together Corvette enthusiasts from across the region for a day of cars, camaraderie and community.
Vettes in the Park will feature Corvettes of all generations displayed in the scenic setting of Arnolds Park. Parking for all participants will open at 8 a.m. Lake Street parking has been pre-determined through a lottery drawing of pre-registration entries.
