Two individuals were hurt Friday in an unusual accident on Interstate 90 near Adrian.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado operated by Brian Michael Connot, 61, of Sioux Falls was westbound when two small refrigerators fell out of the back of the pickup. A 2020 Mercedes operated by Cassi Richardson of Lawton, Okla., that was also westbound behind the pickup then collided with the refrigerators. The incident was reported at 4:46 p.m. Friday on I-90 at milepost 29.
Richardson and an 11-year-old child in her vehicle were taken to a Luverne hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
