United Way of Nobles County announces funding allocation for 2025

The United Way of Nobles County Board of Directors announces the finalization of its budget and the approval of benevolence amounts for the upcoming year.


This year, the board is awarding funding to a record 24 groups and organizations in the Nobles County area. The recipients of this year’s grants include:


  • Project Morning Star

  • R.A.Y.S Unlimited

  • Civil Air Patrol

  • Creative Healing Space

  • Worthington Area YMCA

  • ARC Minnesota – Southwest

  • Every Meal

  • Art Mobile

  • Family and Community Liaisons

  • SWWC Foundation for Innovation in Education

  • Helping Hand Pregnancy Center

  • Worthington Christian Church Food Shelf

  • Immigrant Law Center of MN

  • Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library for Nobles County

  • Volunteers of Mercy - Manna Food Pantry

  • SW MN Opportunity Council

  • American Red Cross of SW MN

  • NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness)

  • Toys for Tots

  • LOVE Inc.

  • Scout Troop #134

  • Lutheran Social Services of MN

  • A.C.E of Southwest MN


The campaign runs from Sept. 15 through Nov. 15, and the fundraising goal for this campaign is $200,000. Donations for the 2024/2025 are being accepted.
