Two hurt in Tuesday two-vehicle crash in Nobles County

The Nobles County Sheriff's Office has released information about a crash that took place Tuesday morning in the county.
The release from Sheriff Ryan Kruger stated that at approximately 9:31 a.m. Tuesday, the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Nobles County 35 and Hesselroth Avenue to investigate a traffic crash.
Responding deputies encountered a 2020 International straight truck in the south ditch of Nobles County 35 and a 2015 Toyota RAV4 200 yards west in a field drive. Deputies determined the crash to be a head-on type collision.
The driver of the 2020 International and the driver of the 2015 Toyota RAV4 were transported to the emergency department at Sanford Worthington Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident is still under investigation. The Nobles County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Minnesota State Patrol, Sanford Ambulance, Rushmore Fire and Rescue and Nobles County Highway Department.
