Southwestern Mental Health is asking for support in helping to provide good mental health care to the region.
Southwestern Mental Health says that due to limited funding and lean insurance reimbursement as well as ever-increasing costs, mental health organizations are struggling financially. Rather than financial contributions of support, Southwestern Mental Health is asking for a signature of support on its online survey.
The survey states, "By clicking below and entering your name and/or agency, your name will be added to a letter of support and provided to various community stakeholders and Minnesota State Representatives and Senators. Your support has the ability to push initiatives forward to maintain and/or enhance mental health services."
