Round Lake man hurt in Saturday afternoon Iowa crash

The Sioux County, Iowa Sheriff's Office has released information into a crash this past Saturday that injured a man from Round Lake.

A 2009 Peterbilt operated by Eugene Cleland, 51, of Round Lake was a mile south of Hospers on Iowa 60 when the tractor/trailer left the road and rolled in the west ditch. The crash took place at 2:50 p.m.

Cleland and a passenger were taken to the Orange City hospital with minor injuries. Cleland was cited for failure to maintain control.
