One hurt in Wednesday I-90 crash near Luverne

A 17-year-old Worthington female was injured in a Wednesday evening crash in Rock County.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2015 Chevy Cruse operated by the 17-year-old was eastbound on Interstate 90 near milepost 12 when it left the roadway and collided with a sign. The crash was reported at 10:01 p.m. Wednesday.

The driver was transported to Sanford Luverne Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The Luverne Ambulance and Fire Department, as well as the Rock County Sheriff's Office, assisted at the scene.
