There are 163 Nobles County individuals who currently have COVID-19 infections within the 10-day isolation period, according to the data released Wednesday by the Nobles County COVID-19 Joint Information Team. That’s 21 more than the case count reported by the team on Jan. 26.
Said Nobles County Emergency Management Director Tawn Hall: “Recorded COVID cases continue to climb, with the reported number of cases in isolation remaining stable remaining between 150-200. There are approximately 1,061 test reports awaiting review according to the MDH situation update that go back to Jan. 10, 2022. Please remember these are only the REPORTED cases. As we know, most home tests are not getting reported for official counts affecting the state numbers.”
