The Worthington Independent School District 518 Board of Education has a new candidate, as Darla Agard filed her candidacy on Wednesday.
Agard joins incumbents Matt Widboom and Steve Schnieder as Worthington school board candidates. Four board seats are up for election this year.
The filing deadline for school board as well as city and township offices in Minnesota is Aug. 13.
