Minnesota West schedules its commencement activities

As the academic year comes to a close, Minnesota West Community and Technical College is preparing to celebrate the achievements of its graduates during commencement ceremonies scheduled for May.

At the Worthington campus, graduation events are scheduled for Friday, May 15. A Peace Officer Skills Ceremony will be at 1 p.m. in the Center for Health and Wellness gymnasium, with a reception to follow in Room 302. A Nursing Pinning will be at 3 p.m. in the Center for Health and Wellness gymnasium. A reception will be at 4:30 p.m. in the Commons, and a ceremony will be at 6 p.m. in the Center for Health and Wellness gym.

At the Jackson campus, commencement events are scheduled for Thursday, May 7. A ceremony will begin at 6 p.m. in Jackson County Central High School main gym, and a reception will follow in the Jackson Campus Commons.

Additional graduation events are scheduled in Canby on May 12, Pipestone on May 13 and Granite Falls on May 14.
