A Milford, Iowa man stands accused of having indecent contact with a child while employed as an Okoboji Community Schools bus driver.
Steven V. Titterington, 71, has been charged with third-degree sexual abuse, a Class C felony; sexual exploitation by a school employee, a Class D felony; and child endangerment, an aggravated misdemeanor. The arrest dates back to incidents that allegedly occurred in November 2021.
According to the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office, Titterington posted a $10,000 bond on Feb. 18.
