A juvenile male from Windom has been charged with terroristic threats-explosives/incendiary device following an investigation into the bomb threat that closed Windom Area Middle High School on Monday.
According to a press release from the Windom Police Department, police do not believe there are any other suspects at large and don't think there's an ongoing threat to students, staff and facilities of the Windom Area School District. The release also said that no items that appeared to be explosive in nature were located during the search of the premises.
