This year's Worthington Tinsel & Tidings Christmas event will take place at a new location.
As the winter weather has become a regular factor in hosting the parade each year, FORWARD Worthington's Community Image Committee has decided to forgo an outdoor holiday parade in favor of an indoor holiday party at the city of Worthington’s newest recreational facility, the JBS Fieldhouse at 700 Second Ave.
Families will be able to enjoy cookies, candy canes, games and a visit with Santa. The free event will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 1. For more information, contact FORWARD Worthington at (507) 372-2919.
