Individual in custody following pursuit through Murray County

An individual was apprehended in Murray County Wednesday following a vehicle pursuit, according to a press release from the county's sheriff office.

The press release explained that the pursuit took place in and around Currie and then continued through to the eastern side of Murray County, where the individual was safely apprehended and taken into custody.

The press release noted that the incident presented no danger to the public. Assisting agencies were the Slayton Police Department and Westbrook Ambulance.
