Fulda Public Schools will offer its annual Flu Shot Clinic from 12:30 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8. Due to space limitations and staffing, the entire flu clinic will be in the high school library.
Parents and guardians may attend the flu shot clinic together after school if preferred. If they aren't able to attend with their child, their child may receive the vaccine during school hours if a consent form is turned in by Nov. 8. Elementary students will be walked over to the high school by staff to receive their flu shot in the afternoon.
The clinic is open to anyone in the community/school district and is free of charge. Please bring insurance cards with you. Completed forms for the vaccine may be brought to the flu shot clinic, and there will also be blank forms available at the clinic.
