University of Minnesota Extension Center for Family Development educators and partners are hosting free, virtual webinars for families and those who serve families.
“Family Friendly Earth Care” will offer information on how to take actions for global health and wellness, including ways to eat healthier for the planet and hands-on activities for all ages that promote wellness through being in nature. The series runs Jan. 27 through April 21 at z.umn.edu/earthcare.
“Finding Balance” is intended to help participants find balance and flourish, even during life transitions. The series runs Feb. 22 through April 20 at z.umn.edu/findingbalance.
“Recovery and Health” will show how mental well-being, nervous system support, nutrition and physical activity can support those in recovery. The series runs Feb. 16 through April 12 at z.umn.edu/recoveryhealth.
