Four are injured in Monday crash in Brewster

Four individuals were taken to Sanford Worthington Medical Center following a two-vehicle crash Monday at the intersection of Minnesota 60 and Brewster’s 10th Street.

 

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 operated by Yolanda Flores Martinez, 34, of Brewster was northbound on Nobles County 1 and a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse operated by a 15-year-old Heron Lake female was eastbound on Minnesota 60 when the vehicles collided at the intersection. The crash was reported ay 6:01 p.m. Monday.

 

Martinez and her passenger, a 16-year-old Brewster male, were each transported to Sanford Worthington Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The Traverse driver and her passenger, Jeremy Raymond Bartosh, 49, of Heron Lake, were also both taken to Sanford Worthington with non-life-threatening injuries.

 

The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office, Brewster Fire Department and Sanford Ambulance assisted at the scene.
