U.S. Rep. Michelle Fischbach of Minnnesota has introduced the Hardworking Seniors Act.
"Across the country, hard-working seniors have been unable to contribute to their health savings account (HSA), because they have begun receiving Medicare," Fischbach stated in a press release. "Seniors across Minnesota's 7th District have reached out for my help, and I am proud to introduce the Hardworking Seniors Act, straightforward legislation that helps America's working seniors who are enrolled in Medicare Part A to continue making contributions to the HSA provided by their employer's plan.
"I will continue to listen to the needs of my constituents and work on the complex issues in support of seniors' rights."
