Finstad passes House passage of 2026 Farm Bill

Minnesota 1st District U.S. Rep. Brad Finstad, a member of the House Agriculture Committee and Chairman of the Subcommittee on Nutrition and Foreign Agriculture, released a statement after the passage of H.R. 7567, the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026, in the U.S. House of Representatives The bill represents the 2026 Farm Bill.
“As a fourth-generation farmer, raising the fifth, I’m pleased to support the passage of this legislation and deliver significant investments for our rural communities across southern Minnesota and the country as a whole,” Finstad said. “Throughout my time in Congress, I’ve remained committed to delivering a strong, bipartisan Farm Bill that is written by farmers for farmers, and by rural communities for rural communities – and that’s exactly what the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026 accomplishes.”
