District 518's Stafford chosen for Community Education excellence

Adry Stafford, District 518 Community Education’s Family & Community Liaisons Coordinator, has been selected as the 2025 MCEA Community Educator of Excellence Award Winner for Region 2.

Stafford was presented with this award at Thursday’s Minnesota Community Education Association’s Annual Fall Conference.

 A District 518 press release said the award is a testament to Stafford's "outstanding contributions and dedication to MN community education and District 518." It adds: "As District 518’s Family and Community Liaison Coordinator, Adry has transformed how families connect with education in Worthington. Her leadership ensures that every family, regardless of language or background, feels welcomed and supported in their journey."

The press release continues: "Adry’s cultural insight, positivity and dedication have strengthened relationships across the district, setting a powerful example of inclusion and equity in District 518’s Community Education."
