'Capital Conversations' event is slated for Jan. 7

FORWARD Worthington, Worthington’s Chamber of Commerce, invites the Worthington community and the surrounding area to another “Capitol Conversations” town hall event at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7 at the Worthington Fire Hall, 830 Second Ave.

The event will feature a legislative update from local lawmakers including District 21 Sen. Bill Weber, District 21A Rep. Joe Schomacker and District 21B Rep. Marj Fogelman. They’ll preview the upcoming Minnesota Legislative Session. That will be followed by a Q&A session during which attendees can ask questions and engage directly with their elected officials.
