ATV crash Tuesday in Brewster results in injuries to two people

The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated an ATV rollover crash Tuesday night in Brewster.

According to a sheriff's office press release issued Tuesday, Nobles County Dispatch received a report at approximately 8:26 p.m. Tuesday of an ATV rollover near the intersection of 210th Street and Wass Avenue in Brewster. Responding deputies located a 2014 Polaris Sportsman ATV in the south ditch of 210th Street and with two injured occupants.

Both the driver and the passenger sustained injuries in the crash and were transported to the Sanford Worthington Emergency Department by Sanford Ambulance. They were later transferred to Sanford Health in Sioux Falls for additional medical treatment. Their current conditions have not been released.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Nobles County Sheriff's Office. Brewster Fire and Rescue and the Heron Lake Ambulance also assisted at the scene.
