Charger Erlandson and Jackson Jenniges scored three touchdowns apiece Wednesday night and the Adrian-Ellsworth Dragons won their fifth consecutive football game, routing Nicollet 60-6 in Adrian.

Jenniges picked off a Raider pass less than a minute into the contest and returned it down to the 2-yard line. He promptly scored on the next play and added the two-point conversion to give A-E a quick 8-0 lead.

Erlandson then broke free for TD runs of 48 and 31 yards before the first quarter was finished, and Jenniges ran five yards for another score with slightly less than eight minutes left before halftime. Erlandson connected with Tayden Jackson on a 40-yard TD pass later in the half, and a Robben Funez-Padilla 32-yard field goal put the Dragons up 39-0 at the break.

The second half began with Erlandson running Nicollet's kickoff back 70 yards for another TD. Jenniges later got his third TD on a 10-yard run, and Aiden Timmer added another score on a 26-yard sprint to the end zone.
