Worthington's Elder Lopez earns Athlete of the Week honor

Elder Lopez, a senior at Worthington High School and a member of the Trojans' boys soccer team, is this week's Radio Works Athlete of the Week. Lopez scored one goal in fourth-seeded Worthington's Section 2AA quarterfinal win Tuesday over No. 5 Marshall and two more Thursday in WHS' come-from-behind semifinal victory against No. 1 Mankato East.
