WHS Student Council makes gift to Toys for Tots

The Worthington High School Student Council recently presented a check for $3,000 to the Nobles County Toys for Tots program. The money came from fundraisers hosted by the student council this year.

WHS students took part in events like Turkey Bingo, as well as purchased treats from organizations and advisories, to raise money that has been donated to a variety of organizations or fundraising efforts. This is the second year in a row that WHS students have donated to the Toys for Tots campaign, with another large donation going to the Wellness Room at WHS.
