The Worthington Area Youth Baseball Association, as a wrap-up to its summer season, has arranged to have WAYBA Day at the Bird Cage, the home of the Sioux Falls Canaries baseball team.
A section of seats has been reserved for Friday, Aug. 18 where WAYBA families may purchase tickets for $18 each. There will also be a "Stars of Tomorrow" package in which WAYBA players have the opportunity to play catch in the outfield before the game, meet some of the Canaries players and get a free Canaries baseball cap. Any players that attend should wear their WAYBA jersey, and a photo will also be taken of all of them on the field.
To purchase tickets, visit the Aug. 18 game page at tickets.sfcanaries.com and enter promo code ‘WAYBA’ to reveal the group’s section. The game starts at 7:05 p.m., and gates open at 6:05 p.m.
