Two individuals were injured Wednesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on Minnesota 60 in Nobles County's Lorain Township.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado operated by Ryan Lynn Stevens, 26, of Windom was westbound on Minnesota 60 and a 2022 Toyota Camry operated by Irma Estela Argueta De Ayala, 46, of Okabena was also westbound. The vehicles collided near milepost 14; the crash was reported at 4:41 p.m. Wednesday.
De Ayala, along with an 8-year-old passenger, were both transported to Sanford Worthington Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Stevens and another passenger in the Toyota were uninjured. The Worthington Police and Fire Departments, Nobles County Sheriff's Office and Sanford Ambulance assisted at the scene.
