Two hurt in Monday night crash on Minnesota 91

Two people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash Monday evening on Minnesota 91.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan operated by Steven Duane Carlson, 51, of Lake Wilson was southbound on Minnesota 91, as was a 2015 Ram 1500 operated by Justin David Lewis, 42, of Chandler. The Ram collided with the Grand Caravan; the incident was reported at 8:15 p.m. Monday.

Carlson and his passenger, Michelle Therese Carlson, 49, of Chandler, were both transported to Murray County Medical Center in Slayton with non-life-threatening injuries. Lewis was uninjured. The Murray County Sheriff’s Office and the Lake Wilson Fire Department assisted at the scene.
