State sheriff's association taking scholarship applications

The 2026 Law Enforcement Scholarship Program through the Minnesota Sheriff's Association is now accepting applications.

Eighteen scholarships of $2,000 each will be awarded to individuals pursuing a career in law enforcement. Applications can be picked up at area sheriff's offices, including the Nobles County Sheriff's Office, or found online at www.mnsheriffs.org . They are due Nov. 30.
