The Labor Day Classic golf tournament is this weekend at GreatLIFE Worthington.
Tee times for practice rounds begin at 8 a.m. today. Tournament action is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. both Saturday and Sunday. Play resumes at 8 a.m. again on Monday, and the tourney concludes with the final four competing for the title that afternoon.

The Minnesota West men's soccer team is set to play its first conference match of the season at 5:30 p.m. Saturday against Alexandria Technical & Community College.
The Bluejays will then be on the road for five consecutive matches before returning home to face Riverland on Oct. 1.
Saturday's match will follow the Minnesota West football game against College of DuPage, which kicks off at 1 p.m.

The Minnesota West volleyball team improved to 5-0 Wednesday night with a 3-2 triumph over the Dakota State University junior varsity. Game scores were 25-20, 20-25, 25-9, 20-25, 15-13.
Ally Nelson had 12 kills while going 12-for-12 serving with two aces and adding three blocks. Raya Van Beeck had 11 kills and two blocks, Hannah Dauer contributed nine kills and Aleah Wagner chipped in with six kills and 15 digs. Kate Slettum passed for 33 set assists and served six aces.
The Lady Jays are at the Siouxland Tournament this weekend.
