Several area players earn All-Red Rock Conference volleyball honors

The Red Rock Conference has announced its all-conference volleyball team for the just-completed season.
Among those named to the team are senior Brylee Zebe and junior Kamry Lehnhoff of Adrian-Ellsworth and seniors Ava Fisher, Andrea Lang and Renee Salentiny of Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda. Also named to the team from regional schools are seniors Leah Carter and Carlie Ross and junior Hadley Jenniges of Westbrook-Walnut Grove, senior Kate Blankenship and sophomore Suttyn Schryvers of Murray County Central, junior Brynn Bakken of Hills-Beaver Creek, senior Abby Evans and junior Natasha Erickson of Red Rock Central, senior Resse Vande Griend of Edgerton and senior Danika Nordby of Southwest Minnesota Christian.
Four Russell-Tyler-Ruthton players — Brezlyn Buchert, Ava Karbo, Laken Baartman and Sara Thooft — were also on the team.
Among those earning honorable mention honors were Charlee Lehnhoff and Mersaydes Marten of Adrian-Ellsworth, Hannah Post of Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda, Ava Deacon of Murray County Central, Olivia Deelstra of Hills-Beaver Creek, Ally Linder of Red Rock Central, Kya Voge of Edgerton and Tylee Kooiker of Southwest Minnesota Christian.
Russell-Tyler-Ruthton finished atop the conference with a 9-0 mark in league play. Westbrook-Walnut Grove was 8-1, followed by Adrian-Ellsworth at 7-2.
