One hurt in Wednesday night crash in Nobles County

One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash early Wednesday evening in Brewster.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2001 Ford F550 pickup operated by a 17-year-old male was southbound on 10th Street, while a 2005 Honda Civic operated by Osvaldo Guerra, 42, of St. Peter was eastbound on Minnesota 60 when the vehicles collided. The crash took place at 6:23 p.m. Wednesday.

Guerra was transported to Sanford Worthington Medical Center with a non-life-threatening injury. The driver of the Ford pickup was unhurt. The Nobles County Sheriff's Office, Jackson County Sheriff's Office, Brewster Fire Department and Sanford Ambulance assisted at the scene.
