One hurt in Monday night collision in Mountain Lake

A Sioux City man was injured in a Monday night two-vehicle crash in Cottonwood County.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 1994 Ford tractor truck operated by Kenneth Eugene Klassen, 74, of Mountain Lake was southbound on Cottonwood County 1 and a 2022 Honda Acura operated by Keng Vang, 35, of Sioux City was eastbound on Minnesota 60. The vehicles collided in the intersection. The crash was reported at 8:09 p.m. Monday.

Vang was taken to Windom Area Health with non-life-threatening injuries. The Cottonwood County Sheriff's Office and Mountain Lake Police Department, Fire Department and Ambulance assisted at the scene.
