Northwest Iowa woman hurt in I-90 crash in Rock County

One person was injured in a Wednesday afternoon rollover crash on Interstate 90.

According to the State Patrol, a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox operated by Amanda Mae Kern, 34, of Estherville, Iowa was eastbound on I-90 when it left the roadway and rolled. The crash took place at 3:31 p.m. Wednesday near milepost in 11 in Rock County's Luverne Township.

Kern was taken to Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls with a non-life-threatening injury. The Rock County Sheriff's Office and Sanford Ambulance assisted at the scene.
