Nobles County License Center to close for portion of Wednesday

The Nobles County License Center (Deputy Registrar #33) will be closed from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday for staff training. It will reopen from 2:30 to 4 p.m.

The license center will resume its normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday.

Residents who need to renew tabs can complete the bottom portion of the registration renewal notice, fill out the insurance information — including the name of their insurance company — and include their check or cashier’s check for payment in an envelope supplied at the locked drop box in the hallway of the office, or at the 10th Street entrance (Door #1) of the Government Center. The tab renewal will be processed and mailed to the owner the following business day.

Residents can schedule an appointment up to 14 days in advance by visiting the Nobles County website at www.co.nobles.mn.us, click on Motor Vehicles, then click on License Center Appointment.
